When you request a meditation, you will receive a series of reflection questions that will help customize the recording for your own desires, goals and the imagery or inspiration that you know speaks most powerfully to you. Upon sharing your reflections, I will record the meditation customized for you (or a series, based on your desires for your practice). You'll then receive the audio file, which you may keep and listen to whenever you'd like.
