Experience Design


​The Conscious Venture Lab hired MIM to help distill their 6-month accelerator content into a
​4-hour 'Bootcamp' event that showcases the essence of their program. Mind Into Matter helped design and facilitate this workshop in London, Baltimore, NYC and Chicago, tweaking the experience with feedback received from initial participants so it can be refined & elevated with each delivery.

Personal Growth Seminars

This 1/2 day self development workshop developed by Allie engages teams in a highly reflective and interactive process to create their own Personal Compass - a tool that reflects their core values, strengths and guiding 'purpose,' and helps people take ownership for making more aligned choices on a day-to-day basis. 

Strategic Facilitation

In July 2015, a selection of 50 leaders from Baltimore's education, entrepreneurship and community development sectors gathered at Under Armour HQ to strategically collaborate on opportunities for inner city youth in Baltimore. Allie was hired to design and facilitate the day, engaging the group in interactive design sessions, as well as strategic implementation planning, and intentional relationship-building amongst the leaders in attendance.
Allie has an extraordinary ability to take a collection of thoughts and ideas and turn them into something tangible, beautiful and impactful. Scrimmages & Courses

MIM runs a variety of HCD or "Design Thinking" workshops to help individuals and teams embrace a non-linear, interactive approach to problem solving. Allie served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland's Academy for Innovation & Entrepreneurship, leads workshops at General Assembly, and facilitates design scrimmages for organizations like Starting Bloc. 

"Design in a Box" 

When YPO launched their new community for next generation leaders (YNG+), they unveiled a global tour of design sessions that invited future members to co-create the membership they wanted most. Mind Into Matter was hired to develop the structure, content and a facilitation guide for these sessions, delivering a "Design Sprint in a Box." Allie also trained the team to host their own workshops in each location, and distill the input for application.
